The fact that this tumbler has a high capacity, a handle, a rubber bottom, a more hygienic straw (I work in a hospital), is cup-holder compatible, comes in cream, AND is also leak proof is actually kind of life-changing. “I ordered this cup for my wife for Xmas, and she loves it. The lid while being very securely liquid-tight, is somewhat difficult to get loose once it’s cranked down; my wife has a hard time removing it with her small hands. Very well insulated, keeps ice for a surprisingly long 2+ days. The straw flipping down is very convenient.
After 6 months of regular use, the little welded tab on the cup body that the plastic side handle attaches to broke loose. I went online and submitted a warranty claim and was immediately contacted and sent a replacement cup within two days. Highly satisfied with customer service and the warranty. Was going to leave 4 star review for overall quality due to the handle, but the customer service bumps it back up to 5 stars in my book.
