“Ordered a few days ahead of mother's day and paid a good amount for expedited shipping (on the checkout page it said 2-3 days). 10 days later I still didn't have any notice that my product had shipped. Emailed a few times with a pretty unhelpful customer service person who said it had shipped and that it was too late to cancel my order, and wouldn't refund me for paying expedited shipping (even tho it was nowhere close to the 2-3 days I was expecting). Even tho my wife likes the product I'll never order from the Hydrojug website again.”

It's like a struggle to get the water out. Otherwise I love hydrojug travelers, especially the cream color such a nice neutral color.”
