Here are some tips to help make your ice last longer in your Traveler: 1. Quantity of Ice: Fill your Traveler with ice first at a 1:1 ratio with cold water. Once ice melts, top off with ice. 2. Keep the Straw Closed and Check for Dents To maintain the cold temperature inside your traveler, be sure to keep the stray securely closed when you're not drinking. This will prevent warm air from getting in and the cold air from escaping. Dents can lead to the Traveler not insulating properly. *A tip that has also helped keep it cold longer is to refrigerate your cup for a short time prior to adding ice! “I own 8 Travelers. Cream was my last. I got it because I needed a neutral color, but little did I know it would end up being my favorite! The Color is simple yet beautiful!”
“Beautiful color! One issue: the rubber around the top is discolored after just 3 weeks. I cleans it daily and have scrubbed it, however I think because I grab it from there it stained. I love the traveler, just wish I got a darker color.”
“I received my cup and the straw was broken and stuck back in the cup. All other cups were great. I emailed the company and have not received any response at this time.”
