“Had my hydrojug delivered today and it has no seal to keep the water inside of the jug even though it has a cutout in the lid for it I have reported this to there customer service department and am waiting for someone to get back to me about it.”

“I like the size and the way the bottle doesn't get condensation and keeps your water insulated. I also love the grippynon-sliding bottom of the bottle. My only issue is the fact that I've had mine for about 2 months now and it's leaking around the seal where you screw the lid on. I haven't been rough on it, I've hand washed only, I've followed the care instructions to the T, but it's still leaking. Highly disappointing considering the price of the product. I've had other stainless steel water bottles that have survived being dropped on concrete millions of times and the dishwasher and still don't leak. I'm not sure this bottle is worth the price consider the way it's malfunctioning already. I bought a second one in a different style but I'm thinking about returning it if it's just going to break in 2 months. It's also an awkward size to drink with one hand, so you kind of have to have a second, normal sized water bottle anyways.”
