“The stainless steel jug keeps water cold but the straw situation is odd. It is difficult and awkward to drink from.. The website is not clear that the other straw and sleeves do NOT work for the stainless steel jug. Now I have a straw and sleeve I cannot use. I'm pretty disappointed all around.”
