“The stainless steel jug keeps water cold but the straw situation is odd. It is difficult and awkward to drink from.. The website is not clear that the other straw and sleeves do NOT work for the stainless steel jug. Now I have a straw and sleeve I cannot use. I'm pretty disappointed all around.”
“I love this cup. Take it everywhere. Only negative is if you don't get the lid on just right it will leak if it tips over.
Also wish it had a straw that popped out.”
