I'm impressed by the design as well as the Customer Service.
My first one leaked and instead of ignoring me, they were helpful the entire way, and replaced the damaged one.
I love the handle, because I can get a great grip on the bottle.
The straw design and the entire bottle in general doesn't compare to my other bottles.
The bottom feature is my favorite. You don't have to hear the annoying metal bang when you set it down.
My drink stays cold forever without ice!
I accidentally ended up dropping it after contacting customer service about the defect.
I was devastated because I still love my Hydrojug, anyway, it hit the pavement HARD, rolled down and underneath my van and got STUCK, after about 5 minutes trying to get it out, thankfully, it had a few scratches but for me, NO dents. I was shocked this thing is amazing!
I can't wait for a sleeve for it.
I love the look of my bottle the matte black is my aesthetic.
The size is big, but perfect for me, because I need to drink two of these a day. And I do A LOT of walking for work.”
“I love how cold it keeps my water and it definitely helps me meet my water intake goals. Only flaw is that sometimes it tips over and leaks but its not a big enough problem that I wouldn't recommend everyone buy it just make sure the lids is on correct.”
“Was a little disappointed with the HydroJug but only with the straw mechanism. I did read the description but was thinking that the sip part actually had a straw that actually came out at the top of the lid like a normal straw. Because I wanted to take this to the office to use daily it's just not as convenient as I thought it would be.”
“I bought the mint stainless through the go-fund me. I really do love it because it keeps my water ice cold. My lid did initially break in the first week of using by HydroJugs customer service is amazing and they replaced the lid immediately. My only problems with the jug are: 1. The outside has become stained with black marks. I squeeze a sleeve on it for carrying purposes to help hide them. 2. I wish it had a lid and straw option like the original jugs. I'm not a huge fan of how you have to drink from it and it oddly bothers my teeth. That being said, it is a great product and would highly recommend.”
