“It keeps water cold, and is a great size. My only issue is the straw lid. I would have preferred a flip up straw for easy sipping. Having to basically shove your face into the lid to drink is pretty obnoxious.”

“The jug leaks terribly and leaves the water with an i drinkable taste with no support from customer service, they have a return policy on unused products but we wouldn't be able to see these problems without use and now will not use it or anything else from hydro jug again”
