“The jug leaks terribly and leaves the water with an i drinkable taste with no support from customer service, they have a return policy on unused products but we wouldn't be able to see these problems without use and now will not use it or anything else from hydro jug again”
“The jug had a horrible smell and no matter how many times I cleaned it. The smell would not come out. Makes the water taste horrible and gives me the worst headaches. I wrote to customer service about this and they replied with a standard answer. So disappointed in customer service, the bottle probably won't be returning as a customer”
“The only way to drink my daily quota of water is by investing in HydroJugs and water supplements. I hands-on works best for me and I finally figured out NOT to tilt to drink. The gasket was secure but the jug leaks when tilted. Good to know! I love water so this but was a no-brainer”
