“A few months into using the bottle, the lid came separated, not thinking i took pictures and disposed of the bottle, its a fairly large sized bottle and I was not going to keep a broken bottle around. I reached out to customer service and was very honest with them about what happened, that the lid came seperated out of no where the bottle was not dropped, and they said they can only replace the lid, even though i told them i got rid of the whole bottle since its broken. The customer service rep did nothing to help, I even asked to lid credit I can at least apply to a new bottle nothing. I am very very disappointed in this company and in this product, will never buy from them again and will strongly advise no one else to buy, for the price you pay, the customer service is a disgrace.”
