“My first review got deleted - lets see how long this one lasts before the company deletes my review. A few months into use the lid of my hydro jug separated, the bottle was not dropped, no other damage, thinking the lid is broken I would have no use for the bottle so I took pictures and threw out the bottle, reached out to customer service explained to them what happened, sent them the pictures they said they can only replace the lid, after I told them since the lid was damaged i got rid of the bottle, they said they cannot replace the bottle, and can only send me a lid which is pointless without the bottle, so I asked to credit, this way I can apply it towards another bottle, still said no. These bottles are not cheap, and I am very very disappointed in the customer service. I would advise people against purchasing this bottle and if you have an issue the customer service is a disgrace. Would hate for anyone else to go through what i went through.”

“Love the look and size of the jug. Like the neoprene cover to keep it from sweating. Only complaint is that the lid is difficult to snap shut and does not close well. It takes me ab 3 times to get it clicked shut so it won't spill. The black is my husbands and he thought his was closed, but it wasn't and spilled all over his car.”
