“The inner ring in both of my hydro jugs has been falling out since the day I got them, which can cause them to leak. I also don't like that the straw won't allow you to close the lid with the straw in it. Are we supposed to carry the straw separate How unsanitary. I do like the strap that you can buy with it to make carrying convenient. These jugs sadly, aren't anything special compared to other large ones.”
“I purchased a HydroJug in late January and used it almost daily. It was perfect for the gym and the office and I recommended the product to all of my friends. However, starting about a month after I got the jug a seam appeared in the top. Gradually, the top began to come apart (the spigot area separating from the part that screws on). I never dropped the jug or handled it roughly, so I'm not sure why it started to fall apart so quickly, but I'm super bummed.
Am now worried that I've recommended a product that is not up to regular use.”
“So day two of having it the rubber seal on the top came loose causing it to leak all over me whenever I took a drink. I tried, as well as others to put it back in place and was unsuccessful. One time I got it back on and as I took a drink a large amount of water leaked from the top. The rubber seal made its way to the bottom of the jug. I was so excited for this jug. I don't know if this is typical or if I got a damaged one. Wish it worked.”
