“Very poor customer service. The wrong address auto filled in my PayPal. I IMMEDIATELY reached out to the customer service to which I was told sorry. I checked the address it originally shipped too and the complex stated they never received it. I put in for a re-deliver date to a different address (the correct address) at the post office. To which only a few days later I received a form in the mail at my new address from the post office stating they already had delivered it to the original address put on the order form. I again reached out to hydrojug who simply stated it was not their problem and to contact my local post office, who already told me it was delivered, and which my old apartment complex did not ever have the package. So pretty disappointed in the customer service, was really lookin forward to having one of these but sadly I'm out money and a hydrojug and no one seems to want to send me another one or refund.”

“I love my new HydroJug! I work in a hospital, and I love being able to have this whopper of a water bottle next to me while I chart. The accessories are great, too! The straw that pops down into the bottle makes it convenient, and minimizes the risk of me spilling it all over my desk (or myself, ha-ha). The carrying strap is probably my favorite part (next to the jug, of course!). It is SO stinking convenient! When I go to work, I look like I'm coming prepared for a siege, or something when I'm carrying a tote, a textbook (I do homework when I have spare time) or two, and a water bottle. That little carrying strap means that now I have free hands! Also, that cleaning brush Genius! I love it, and I've already turned a few of the gals at work onto this puppy. :)”
