“I didn't realize how massive it was until I got it which is kind of my fault because a half gallon is a half gallon. But the size is a little bit inconvenient. However, my real issue is that I could put ice in this all the way to the top and even with the sleeve it's warm in like an hour... no one drinks a half gallon in an hour. I was very disappointed by this and now I hardly use it because the water doesn't stay cold.”
“I LOVE my jug, and as a nurse it awesome. But, the seal in the lid keeps falling out and now it's stretched so I can't use my jug. I have contacted customer support but haven't heard back. It would be 5 stars without this.”
