“Love the color. But if you don't have the full cover over it, I wouldn't get it. If you drop it ever it will break into pieces, one of mine did. It's cheap thin plastic and it's so large the ice melts in 5 minutes and doesn't stay cold all day before you can drink it all. They market it well that's why I bought it. They make it look so cute but to take to the gym it's way to big to even fit in the treadmill, it has to be left on the ground. I would not buy another one. I'm sticking to my smaller ones that stay cold all day.”
“I've ordered from hydro jug before, I bought a white one with a camo sleeve. The sleeve was always kind of falling off and never had a tight fit around the bottom of the jug. I loved the jug however because it really does help keep me on track with water. This time I ordered a mint jug, and it appears to be more like a vibrant sea foam aqua green, rather than a light pastel - ish mint color that I was expecting. I was a little upset but I just decided to keep it rather than going through the return process. So if I were you, be wary of the colors. Go look on someone's profile who uses them in videos to get a good idea of the shades in person.”
“Saw a lot of posts advertising for this on Facebook and Instagram and decided to try it out. For 40 you get the bottle and a sleeve, and I enjoyed it for less than half a week. I dropped it maybe three feet (probably less) on to grass in my front lawn and it busted open from the bottom. Emailed customer service and apparently once you get the product there's no warranty for the bottle. They told me I'd have to pay for shipping and this one time they would replace the bottom of the bottle. I was trying to get a refund because it broke in just a few days and the customer service team never responded back after that. Beware!! If it were a more durable plastic or another material it wouldn't be as big of an issue.”
