“I bought this in about JulyAugust and the top of the lid completely snapped about 2 weeks ago. I used to drink from this everyday, however now due to the cracks it drips everytime I take a sip. This is such a good idea so I'm confused why something so simple as a crack if making this a bad product. I feel like it coul he mad so much better. How can I get this fixed it's extremely annoying”
