“It's been a few weeks with my jug and all is going well but this week when I went to add more water I noticed the rubber seal had started coming out. Once that happens on its own it very difficult to get it back in just right. And now my bottle leaks :(”
“Only issue I have is after taking the lid off only twice, the o-ring rubber seal on the inside fell out, and without that, the bottle leaks when tilted up. But I was able to stretch it out a bit and re-insert it. It's staying for now! Other than that, I love this bottle!”
