“Love my new sage, stainless steel jug. The color is beautiful and I love the matte finish. The only thing that bothers me is the way the handle sits. It's great for carrying, especially if you don't have a sleeve with a strap on it, but it's right in your face when you drink, even with it angled away. It also makes it awkward to lift to your face and take a drink. The plastic version has the handle on the side, which makes it easy to lift and take a swig. With this one, you have to either use both hands to lift it by its sides, or have your handwrist in an awkward position. I understand features are limited when it comes to stainless steel, but perhaps a moveable handle on top, that pivots, might help.”

“I bought this one for my husband he's been using it. He likes to throw his bottles around in the car and this one the lid does not leak so he really does like it and he likes the handle. He likes the option that you can either suck out of the straw or take the straw out and pour into your mouth 10 out of 10 this is a great bottle and a good color for men!

“I love my stainless jug but only use it with the stainless steel sleeves! When I got my stainless jug the stainless sleeves were sold out, so I used the chat function and was told I could use a normal sleeve for my stainless water bottle. Well, the sleeve got wet and stained my hydrojug (I've tried everything to get it off) and when I contacted customer service, they told me the website stated you shouldn't use a normal sleeve for the stainless bottle and that even though an employee told me I could use the normal sleeve, they wouldn't replace my water bottle for me. Again, love the jug but I have to continue to use my normal sleeve because when I tried to switch to the stainless sleeve, some of the stains showed. Just be careful!”
