“I made a previous review about a leaking lid and customer service reached out to me and sent me a replacement lid immediately. I really appreciated that. But, now the carrier the hydrojug goes in stitches have unraveled and my wife was very disappointed and quit using it.
I will still give 5 stars for the poly lid replacement.”
“I love the colors I chose for kids. But they can be very hard to not only close but to also open. I'm in class all day for hours and opening and closing the lid is loud so it sometimes gets me looks. I wish it wasn't so loud for the amount of money I spent on the entire water bootleg and sleeves and straws and lids.”
