We purchased multiple Hydrojugs, had an issue with a lid. Two emails later our warranty lid was in the mail. Producing products that never fail is unrealistic; standing behind your product makes the difference in repeat business. The support staff was very helpful and responsive. Many thanks!

My summer peach traveler lid didn’t have a good seal and my hydrojug wouldn’t keep any ice for longer than a couple hours. That is the first time that has ever happened with any my hydrojugs so I knew something was wrong. I ordered another lid and it seems to have corrected the problem.

I have an extra lid for each of my Travelers. It allows me to keep the lids clean. When one is in use, I clean the other, then switch them out.

The new traveler lid they sent me is perfect. My original lid ended up with mold trapped where I was unable to get rid of it, even though I clean my traveler and lid daily. I’ve never used it for anything but water, so it shouldn’t have happened. Hydro jug was kind enough to send me a new lid to replace it. Their customer service was awesome, especially in a world where good customer service has almost become nonexistent. This is why I will continue to buy their products!
