“The new traveler lid they sent me is perfect. My original lid ended up with mold trapped where I was unable to get rid of it, even though I clean my traveler and lid daily. I’ve never used it for anything but water, so it shouldn’t have happened. Hydro jug was kind enough to send me a new lid to replace it. Their customer service was awesome, especially in a world where good customer service has almost become nonexistent. This is why I will continue to buy their products!”
