My lid on my new Hydrojug broke and I contacted them and they sent me a new one. I had it within 5 days. Great customer service that responded immediately.

The first lid we received with the hydrojug, the blue silicone rim on top of lid started to discolor and wear off after 3 days. Ordered a new one and it did the exact same thing. Looks awful. Extremely disappointed in the product and have a very sad daughter.

I informed hydrojug of a weird residue that randomly appeared on one of my lids one day and they were very quick to send over a new lid free of charge. Favorite cup company like ever!
