Also have to buy the straw separately for an additional 5, it should be included for no extra cost, and the website told me I "forgot" the straw after I purchased the jug, a bit scammy if you ask me.”
“The two part design keeps falling apart when I open the lid. I have had it pop off several times even after adjusting the rubber piece on the bottom of the straw. If there was a way for it not to move around so much this might not be a problem. Really want to like this product more but it is just not working for me.”
