“The two part design keeps falling apart when I open the lid. I have had it pop off several times even after adjusting the rubber piece on the bottom of the straw. If there was a way for it not to move around so much this might not be a problem. Really want to like this product more but it is just not working for me.”
“I wish that it stayed in place instead of moving around. I have also had the top part pop off when I have opened my jug and land on the floor because of the two piece construction. It's a great idea but just not practical for me no matter how much I want to like it.”
“I had my doubts about this straw but it's perfect. The flexible material at the bottom helps keep the straw inside the HydroJug when the top is closed but pops up when you open it - so, no fishing for the straw.”
