“Love love LOVE!! The straw!! I enjoy the fact that it's the perfect size! It's easy to access when inside the jug and the length is perfect. I don't feel like I'm fishing for it when I pop the top open”
“The straw does what it's supposed to, but I wish it was collapsible or accordian style instead! This design is taller than bottle, which makes sense for drinking but you have to shove it inside the bottle to close the lid and it bends the straw over time. It also has a sort of cap on it that pops off very easily, and I'm not sure what the point of it is.”
“I like the straw and the convenience of not having to tip the 12 gal jug over every time I want water. I also truly think that having a straw helps me drink more water; however, the straw takes some getting used to. You really have to screw the white top to the straw or else it will pop off every time you open the jug and you won't be able to suck up any water. You also can only bed the straw one way or else it'll get stuck under the lid and you'll have to fish it out with your fingers.”
