“I like the straw and the convenience of not having to tip the 12 gal jug over every time I want water. I also truly think that having a straw helps me drink more water; however, the straw takes some getting used to. You really have to screw the white top to the straw or else it will pop off every time you open the jug and you won't be able to suck up any water. You also can only bed the straw one way or else it'll get stuck under the lid and you'll have to fish it out with your fingers.”
“I've bought 2 of these straws cause I thought my first one was defective. The triangle tops on both of my straws pop off constantly, I've asked others with HydroJugs if this happens to them and a lot of my friends have glued that piece to the actual straw which I guess isn't a terrible idea but why pay 5 for 1 straw when it doesn't even stay together. Yes, I would love to have a straw for my jug but I've just gotten used to holding it. HydroJug, please make a straw that is all 1 piece and wider! (The straw size is fine but I would prefer wider) OVERALL until they change the straw design - I won't be wasting my money and I would NOT recommend anyone to buy this. Waste of money.”
