“I love that this jug really keeps me on track to drink a lot of water in the day. However, there are some design flaws -- For one, if you don't have the cap on the straw, the straw falls in the jug and it's hard to retrieve. I wish you didn't have to have the cap on. Secondly, The circular plastic piece in the cap easily comes out and is SO hard to put back in. If it's not on right, it leaks super easily. Wish I could say better things about this product because I was super excited, but I can't unfortunately.”
