I bought my stone grey bottle with a white sleeve and was in love with it! My friend bought a Sky Blue Bottle with a straw. These purchases were made last month. Present day - both of our bottles are broken with NO communication with Hydro Jug about a full refund plus shipping and duties.
The SKY BLUE bottle was broken through the shipping process, and HydroJug refuses to pay for shipping and duties back to it's facility even though this is a mistake on THEIR part.
My STONE GREY bottle completely cracked (and is now unusable) after falling ONE FOOT from the ground.
The material is thin and CHEAP, my white sleeve had mysterious bright yellow stains all over it - I ordered this directly from HydroJug so how did this occur other than poor product quality maintenance
The products are EXPENSIVE for the sheer lack of quality.
Do yourself a favour and spend the SAME amount of money at a reputable brand like Hydroflask or Yeti. This is nothing more than a glorified Nestle plastic waterbottle.”

“The straw was not what I expected it to be. I thought the straw would be longer and I do not like the attachment piece on it. I think the design for the attachment piece is suppose to sit on top of the lid opening but it doesn't really do that for me. Overall I was disappointed with the straw.”
