“It may seem like a regular straw, but it's way better! It's large, like a smoothie straw and has a flexible end that makes it able to be shut inside the jug. The first one I received didn't function the way a straw should so I emailed customer service. They responded super fast and sent me a new one, which works perfectly!”
“I have stretched the seal and reinserted like video said! It still isn't staying in! I emailed the company almost a week ago and have heard nothing from the company. Very disappointed in customer service! Like the size of the jug but not worth it if it doesn't seal right! Won't recommend to anyone unless customer service gets back w me and makes it right!”
“Love this because I prefer drinking with a straw. Only problem I have found is that the straw comes apart at the tip to easily and I don't enjoy having to shove it back together when the straw is already in my jug!”
