“I have stretched the seal and reinserted like video said! It still isn't staying in! I emailed the company almost a week ago and have heard nothing from the company. Very disappointed in customer service! Like the size of the jug but not worth it if it doesn't seal right! Won't recommend to anyone unless customer service gets back w me and makes it right!”
