“It may seem like a regular straw, but it's way better! It's large, like a smoothie straw and has a flexible end that makes it able to be shut inside the jug. The first one I received didn't function the way a straw should so I emailed customer service. They responded super fast and sent me a new one, which works perfectly!”
“Love this because I prefer drinking with a straw. Only problem I have found is that the straw comes apart at the tip to easily and I don't enjoy having to shove it back together when the straw is already in my jug!”
“The straw arrived broken. They reordered one for me and it came. The top part of the straw doesn't attach to the straw. It constantly pops off. The jug itself started leaking at the lid. The rubber seal came out and WILL NOT go back in. I was so excited to get this jug and after using it for only a week, I'm very disappointed. It is not worth it at all to buy.”
