“the straw is VERY inconvenient. i prefer drinking from a straw so all the water doesn't fall into my face if i'm walking, on a golf cart, have slippery hands, etc. so i liked the straw idea and was excited to use it. the straw doesn't fit right in the jug. it's either too low where you have to dig in to get it and hold it while you drink OR if you add the white nozzle to it that the straw comes with it's too big to close the lid. the lid is also very hard to close which is ALSO super inconvenient but compared to the other problems that is the least of my worries. anyway, if I'd like to use the white nozzle which is more convenient for drinking, then I'd have to keep taking it off and on when i close and open the lid- so i needed to store it in one of the pockets. didn't really like this idea because that meant my sweaty golf hands kept touching the piece i put my mouth on and if the jug fell (which it did when the strap snapped) the drinking nozzle got dirty. overall was very dissatisfied with the purchase and have not used it since. i would add pictures but it is now packed away in storage.”
