“I like the fact that there was a straw option with the bottle. However, using this straw is not intuitive. It has this weird cap thing which I'm not sure if it is used to cover the straw or supposed to hold the straw up out of the bottle. One thing I hate about the straw is that it is not long enough and you constantly have to dig it out of the jug hole. If you put the little support cap on the bottom of the straw, it helps to lift it out the hole, but sometimes falls off the bottom and gets lost in the water (you're not going to dig in your clean water to retrieve it”I'm not anyway). I like how much water the large straw allows, but this should be a retractable, durable bendy straw. The type of straw that is in hospital cups is what we need.”
