“On Monday, I was so excited to open my box to my new Hydro jug. I thought it was beautiful. After a couple days, I lifted my cup up to show a customer because I loved her cup and I was showing her my new one and I see that in multiple places the coding had rubbed off. I’m not even sure how after a few days I haven’t dropped it either. My other Hydro jug and Stanley’s have held up just fine. This one hadn’t even been put in the dishwasher. I emailed Hydro jug to see if they would take this one back and send me a new one and they disappointingly told me no. After spending $40 on a new cup and it being ruined after just a couple days I’m just highly disappointed.”
