“The cup itself is beautiful and fits my aestheic. However, I've had it maybe less than a month or about a month and some of the checkers are chipping at both the top and bottom of the cup. As well as, if the lid it tightened too tight or the drink inside is too cold, I am unable to get it open and have to run it under hot water to losen the lid.”
“Cup received and it has some chip marks when I took it out of the box. I love the design and have never had a problem with my other HydroJugs this could just the design flaw.
Unfortunately this is not Stanley, and the customer service team was not very helpful in resolving my problem with this cup.
Definitely will not shop from HydroJug again and won't recommend shopping from them.
