“Cup received and it has some chip marks when I took it out of the box. I love the design and have never had a problem with my other HydroJugs this could just the design flaw.
Unfortunately this is not Stanley, and the customer service team was not very helpful in resolving my problem with this cup.
Definitely will not shop from HydroJug again and won't recommend shopping from them.

“Not sure if it happens with all of their tumblers but after shutting the lid, the straw does not line up straight so it is not easy to pick up and blindly drink. I reached out to their customer service and they said that the straw not lining up does not count as defective and that I could return or exchange the item if it had been unused (obviously not the case). Dave your money and buy a Stanley!! Ice doesn’t even stay in cube form inside of this tumbler anyway.”
