“Good day, after using the discount voucher at Mike's kitchen I have made a decision to NEVER return to that establishment again. From the time I arrived, I encountered problems. Upon arrival they could not find my booking. Even though the restaurant was empty we had to wait a while to be seated as there was a mix up with the booking! Then they had issues with the actual voucher, when the food arrived it the meal was served on a big platter with a sparse amount of food. We could count the number of fries and the onion rings were very pale. Ordered garlic roll as a side but WHAT AN ABSOLUTE EPIC FAIL!!! TWO STALE white rolls with a little garlic and half melted cheese with no garlic butter and no herbs. A toddler could have done a whole lot better than the "chef"....
The manageress was really apologetic, but she also confirmed that none of her staff are doing what is required. PS... we were also not the only customers who were disappointed with the food.
And the waitress! Gosh, no eye contact was made at all, and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me when I requested something.
So, I would seriously recommend that Hyperli does random inspections at establishments being chosen to be used.
