“Your communication is very slow - I send numerous emails and wait ages for a response - have to email and email again and email support again! Also, when ordering products you do not tell customers that they come separately which creates a perception issue. Hope you are able to fix this. I was so frustrated because I couldnt talk to anyone PLUS when I sent social media messages no one responded. Thanks Janine”
