“I bought this package for my elderly mother for her birthday. The first two treatments, a massage and a facial, were fine, but the pedicure did not live up to the required standards.
The consultant never asked what length the nails were supposed to be cut, so she hardly cut it at all, she neglected to remove previous nail polish that was still visible at the tips of the nails and she was unnecessarily rough when removing the cuticles against the nail beds. So much so that my mom was left with 2 bleeding nails.
Very dissapointed! Should special care not be taken when working with the elderly?!”
