“I bought this voucher for a friend. She said the massage was good, however, the service she experienced was questionable. The spa is sitauted in a house and even after making an appointment, when she got there, she called and hooted and no-one answered her call. She waited some minutes and was then going to reschedule but someone eventually popped up at a window and waved her in. She had to get out and open the gate herself. Once she entered the house, there was no-one in the front area to assist or greet her and after several minutes the same person that waved her in, appeared and without greeting her directed her to one of the rooms. She was told to get undressed and was made to feel uncomfortable. When the massage was done, the lady just left the room without saying a word and she had to see herself out, not knowing what the next steps were or if she could leave.”
