“The massage was good. Nothing was covering the face hole on the bed, this should at least have a towel or tissue paper draped over it for hygienic reasons. The paper they used to wipe the oil off the body during each stage of the massage was extremely coarse and rough. I had to stop them from using it and asked for a towel instead. There should be a clock in the room to confirm the treatment does indeed last the duration for which it was booked. If these changes are made I will visit again.”
