“No direction and signage to the spa. No one at reception so you are not sure if you are in the right place. When you enter, it’s a hair salon. I was 20min early for my appointment but the therapist took me in 25min late. Hygiene in the place left much to be desired. The therapist hurt me more than provided relief. Treatment was not for the full 90min but I was only too happy to leave.”

“This is the worst worst Spa I've ever went to. This place shouldn't be a spa. First, its dirty and doesn't give a feeling that you are at a Spa. The towels and the bed were so filthy and had oils from the previous person who came before us. There is a salon next to treatment rooms, instead of relaxing, all we could hear was hair dryers. The room we were into had no privacy, the next treatment room to us was separated by a curtain, we could hear everything from the next room. While we were busy getting a massage they were sweeping and it was noisy and so irritating. From the moment we went it, I wanted to cancel but gave them benefit of the doubt until we went it, the place is cringe and dodgy. No matter how cheap Sunshine Spa can be, even if it was free, I wouldn't go back there again. Till today I'm still traumatized, I have never in my life seen anything like this EVER. The ladies DON'T KNOW HOW TO MASSAGE AT ALL. I can do a batter job than them, there is no technique none whatsoever, I felt like I was massaged by my 6 year old nephew. We had hot stone massage, Welele....What the hell was that!!! I have no further words for this Spa , cause I'm getting more irritated while typing here”
