“Good experience with the therapist (Tanya) in the establishment - very happy with that. But dismayed at the ineffective and extremely cumbersome admin procedure to get the service booked. Communication only allowed via WhatsApp, and therefore no on-the-spot time bookings can be made. The communication response time was therefore about 24 hours, and with the many booking requests that came in every day, this meant that a firm booking time could not be secured without my calling and applying pressure for a confirmed appointment.”
