“It's a pub and grill, so the crowd was not of a restaurant-type atmosphere and not as comfortable as expected. We handed in our voucher and were served drinks, but weren't asked what option of side-dish we wanted or how we would like the steak done. After 40 minutes, I enquired if our meals were being prepared, because we did not even say how we wanted the meals prepared, then the guy went to the kitchen and the meals were brought to us. We then notice that there was no sauce as advertised, then he took it back and returned 5 minutes later with sauce that didn't have the jalapenos as advertised. Also, there is no happy hour as advertised... Overall, all of these were unacceptable and deserve a 1 star, but everything on the plate was very tasty therefore a 3 star.”
