“It was a great experience and the therapist at the spa were phenomenal. My only issue was the requirement to print the vouchers and present them at the spa in order to get the treatments. In this day and age no one is going around printing or having printers because of how things have moved to mobile. The working from home environment also puts a constraint in printer access. If this is truly your requirement to receive printed vouchers from your suppliers then it's absurd that this be pushed to the customer; there must be smarter ways of doing things.”
