“It's been such a struggle to book an appointment. The lady has been giving me a running around and continuous to call me back to confirm my apportionment and never days. I have had to call on numerous occasion to try and secure a booking and still nothing. I am genuinely disappointed by the experience and I am wondering if its occurring because I brought a voucher vs a person who's paying in full. If this how your spa partners are treating us, they should honestly not be a part of this platform.”
