“I ordered the Luxury package but they did the Gold package items on us. Added the fruit platter and sparkling wine, this was supposed to be given to us to enjoy during the foot massage but only wine was given. The fruit platter was given to us after everything as we were about to leave. That forced us to make it a takeaway . Otherwise the treatments were good. Enjoyed them.”
