“I used a Promo Voucher and paid from my wallet. The wallet payment did not go through on three occasions last Friday. I could only make payment Friday evening. The matter was escalated to support the same day and I still have not received any feedback even though I cancelled the support ticket Monday, 05/12/22 at around 10.30 AM. I've had a very poor customer experience on two occasions with Customer Support. I hope that support would offer real support in future!!”
