“I got scammed. I tried calling to secure booking and calls were not answered for long time. When the calls were eventually answered, I was told I must send an email. I sent email and no feedback has been given for weeks. I am shocked that I am told that I redeemed my voucher because I have not had a chance redeem due to no response”
