An hour before our appointment, they send a WhatsApp (not even over a phone call to explain), saying that they're products for the facial is out of stock and we have to postpone. That being said, we've put in leave for the day for the pampering and were already on our way. I then had to explain that they can give us another treatment in the place of the facial, since they only let us know a hour before.
