“I'm actually having some problems with it. The first two wanted to print gradually darker and darker along the left side of the page until it got to a point that it was a problem. I tried cleaning my printer and it would print ok for a few pages, then start again with the dark on the left side. It was printing fine when the toner cartridge I was using before was in the machine. When I put the first one of this order in, I had the problem. I changed the toner and the second one seemed to work ok, but after a short period, it printed dark. With the 3rd one, I changed to drum and toner and have printed a few things successfully. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. But I'm having to recycle toner cartridges that are still mostly full of toner, and am not very happy about that. I'm glad you asked though.”
“Given me a few error messages because your product is not a Canon cartridge. I don't believe the Canon software reads the quantity in your cartrige correctly.”
“the uit was shipped promptly, but it appers to have a flaw...after installing the drum, I am getting a horizontal 'ghost' line full width of the paper,which repeats down the age at intervals that appear to be related to the circumference of the drum 1 1/4 inches apart.”
“I ordered the wrong toner and Inktonerstore provided a label to send it back. That was on February 26, 2026, the date I mailed the order back. I was told when they receive the return from me, they would replace it with two TN760. As of today, March 13 I have not received the replacement order. I need these toners soon! Please response.”
