“With new Brother Toner and this "compatible" drum I could never get the toner light to go off so I ended up buying an HP printer. So I am not so happy with the Brother products. I ahave heard others also being unhappy. I spent nearly $100 dollars and may just throw out the printer....”
“It only lasted a couple of days then said it was empty. I only got about 10 copies out of it. I don’t think they are being filled completely. I’ve had this trouble before with the yellow and cyan.”
“Unsatisfied. Installed new toners about a month after ordering, all but 1 cartridge was half or less half full. Contacted customer service, and they were unhelpful. They stopped all communication with me after I sent them a picture of the tops of the cartridges. Two years I've been a loyal customer and the one time I attempted to use customer service, they failed me. I won't be purchasing again. Previous toners didn't last very long. Would show half or a quarter full and would streak.”
“If you’re not gonna use your toner within the year, keep in mind that you won’t receive any support. We ordered a four pack and didn’t run out of toner within the two years. There was no resolution for us, even after having been a repeat customer.”
